Rathgarogue Organic Farm Christmas Ham, from our own certified organic pigs. Pigs are reared outdoors, free to root and roam. They are fed a varied organic diet and grow at their own pace.
Ham is dry cured, with no phosphates, no nitrates, low nitrites and no added water.
