In Güt Health - Broths - Real Organic Beef Phở Broth

Okay... this is one of my favourite dishes of all time! Vietnamese Pho! We use our organic dexter beef broth concentrate and blend it with traditional Vietnamese warming spices: cinnamon, clove, fennel, anise and coriander seed. We added some roasted ginger, onion and orange to the mix to give the most divine tasting broth ever!

This makes a nourishing and delicious base for a raman style soup. We love using the traditional ba'hn phó rice stick noodles but any will do!
You can dress it up at home with some fresh herbs, and veggies of choice such as grated carrot, sliced bell pepper, pak choi, mushroom, bean sprouts etc.

We love to put a piece of organic beef like brisket, chuck or other stewing beef into the slow cooker with the pho broth and cook until it falls apart. Then the beef is removed and shredded with a fork and set aside to add to the broth when assembled . Traditionally thinly sliced steak is added to the hot broth with noodles and topping of choice.
