Poppa Dom's Farm - Kohl Rabi 3Kg

Such a strange looking bulb and very popular on the continent, with a thick skin encasing a white flesh similar in consistency to a carrot. It can be grated and eaten raw. Mixed with grated carrot and beetroot, (maybe apple too?) it makes a really great coleslaw. Or Gareth's Favorite with is cubed and pan-fried with onions, garlic and herbs with a dash of cream to serve.
It can be roasted, or bolied and puree'd. It really is very versatile.

Stores well for 3 or 4 weeks.
