Handcrafted using traditional methods, our flour is 100% organically certified, it is Irish grown and milled on the island of Ireland by the Irish Organic Mill Farm in Monaghan. Uniquely combined with Atlantic sea salt and purified Kangen water. No artificial rising agents are used, our bread naturally ferments in a cold room for up to 24 hours giving our product, its signature flavor.
