OTOFU - Miso Sesame Organic Tofu

Our Tofu, OTOFU, is handmade here in Kilbrittain, West Cork using an age-old recipe and process. Our Miso Sesame Organic Tofu is marinated with an umami miso and has a more-ish, salty-sweet, beany undertone. It has a medium-firm texture and it is delicious cooked and eaten in a stir-fry, crumbled into fried rice or on it's own as a hot snack. One 250g block feeds 2 to 3 people.
