Vanilla ennobles all sorts of desserts, fruit salads, jams and cakes.
Our tip:
The scraped pods can still be wonderfully used by making vanilla sugar yourself! Approximately 100 g of sugar per pod and seal together in an airtight container. Also ideal for flavoring mild teas (eg red-bush tea).
You can freeze the pods for a long self life. In a screw cap glass jar, the aroma lasts up to 12 months.
The packing is biodegradable cellulose.
