On the Pigs Back - Moroccan Lamb Tajine (Frozen This Week)
Slow-cooked lamb stew with Moroccan flavor from a blend of aromatic spices such as turmeric, cumin,ginger, cardamom and cinnamon.
Serves 1-2. Suggested side , Lemon and Herb Couscous (not included)
Reheat thoroughly to 75 degrees in the oven in the foil container. Oven @ 180 Fan for approx 20 min.
