O'Mahonys Butchers - Lamb Tagine

Lamb Tagine is easy to cook. Soften a couple of onions, add the meat and give it a bit of colour. Add a can of tomatoes and whatever vegetables you want. Simmer for an hour and 20 minutes. Add a can of chickpeas and cook for a further 20 minutes.
