Our Classic Italian Sausage is cured in our charcuterie unit for 4 weeks. Suitable for pasta, a cheese board or for making a hearty bean stew. WE recommend cooking them on a dry pan at the lowest possible heat setting. When they crackle, flip them over. Make sure to keep the resulting lard in a glass jar in your fridge for cooking vegetables. it will keep for about 4 weeks
