Olives West Cork - Ugly Cheese (Aka Baked Ricotta)

Delicious cows-milk baked ricotta, seasoned with sea salt and black pepper. Semi-firm, and can be eaten, as-is, or heated on a pan similar to haloumi. Beautiful as a centrepiece in a salad surrounded by rocket, tomatoes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Made fresh weekly from whey (for those of you in the know, whey protein is one of the most effective forms of protein available). Very popular at our markets!
