Olives West Cork - Oak Smoked Sundried Tomato Pesto

Our Italian sundried tomatoes are gently smoked with oak by our brothers at the Clonakilty Smokehouse. Pesto is made using extra virgin olive oil, 24-month Parmesan, smoked tomatoes, fresh basil, dried herbs and garlic. Excellent in pairing with sauces, with avocado, fish or on their own.
