Olives West Cork - Lerida Figs (Turkish)

These are the top grade (Grade A) of Lerida Fig and are delicious. Perfect on their own as is, chopped into a tangine or can be sliced halfway to form a kind of pita pocket and stuffed with a soft cheese (Buffalo Blue is particularly yummy) and heated in a pre-heated oven at 150-degrees for no longer than 10 minutes. A lovely simple and delicious way to enjoy them.
