Olives West Cork - Comte (9-Month+)

A classic raw milk PDO cheese from the Jura mountain region in eastern France. The taste is strong with a nutty flavour. Produced primarily in the Franche Comté province and only with the raw milk of the Montbélliard and Simmental cows. Some interesting pairings for this cheese is with wine (Alsace Pinot Noir is a particular favourite) or a citrusy green tea. We handcut this cheese and pieces come in at 190g +-
