Olives West Cork - Chickpeas (400G)

These Italian Chickpeas have a wonderful rustic flavour. Apart from them being excellent in salads and as a key hummus ingredient, try them roasted with olive oil. Dry them first, dress with olive oil. Toss them with salt, paprika whatever you like at the end and you have a delicious crispy treat. Save the juice in the tins and use as an egg-white equivalent. How versatile is that!
