Olives West Cork - Buffalo Milleens (300G +-)

Exclusive to Neighbourfood! A wonderful new collaboration between Milleens and Buffalo milk from the Macroom Buffalo herd of Johnny Lynch. This won silver at the World Cheese Awards in Italy 2019. Wonderful signature taste of Milleens with the sweetness of Johhny Lynch's buffalo milk. Lovely on a cheese board, as is, but try this:
- Slice round in half
- Score the cheese a bit. Toss chopped fresh garlic, fresh thyme and some white wine on top.
- Oven at 180-degrees, place cheese in for roughly ten minutes (no longer or it will melt flat!)
- Out of the oven, all melty, crusty fresh bread (also from Neighbourfood) and dip into it.
Forget about all your troubles for a delicious ten minutes! Drop of white wine if you're feeling mischevious. Heaven!
