Olives West Cork - Buffalo Blue Cheese

Exclusive to Neighbourfood and your local markets! Limited edition, blue cheese made with the wonderfully sweet and creamy buffalo milk from the buffalo herd of Johnny Lynch in Macroom. Aged for about three months this is a sweet blue that is creamy, not overly-tangy and delicious on it's own or as a garnish on some roasted veg. You can also make an awesome blue cheese dip to go with your roasties. Hand-cut, each piece will weigh in at about 400g. A nice chunk to get you through a holiday get-together.
