Also known in Spain as Boquerones, these delicious large fillets of marinated anchovies in oil, vinegar and garlic, are ready to eat and taste amazing. Not remotely like the dark salty anchovies.
To be eaten tapas-style, or try frying them for use as a garnish. A typical Spanish tapas is to eat
the boquerone on a salty crisp washing it down with a cold beer.
