Our lasagne is homemade in our very own modern kitchen located right next to our butcher. We freshly mince the less than 5% fat Round Steak Mince in the butchers where it is used to make our tasty lasagne! The white and red sauces in the lasagne are also made from scratch!
Our butcher's brother John O'Brien supplies us with our Beef. The animals are reared in his non-intensive farm where they roam freely over 100 acres of land in Cloyne and are they are processed in Midleton- as local as you'll get it!
The lasagne is fully cooked. Reheat in the oven or microwave to greater than 70 degrees Celsius.
Suitable for freezing.
Ingredients: Minced lean round steak, onions, tomatoes, tomato purée, lasagne sheets, onions, white sauce & cheese.
Allergens: Contains cereals containing gluten (wheat) & milk.
