Niks Organic Pantry - Organic White Couscous

Couscous is a carbohydrate-rich grain product that is particularly popular in North Africa. Use the couscous warm with vegetables and meat, or cold with the salad. Use about 60 g per person and pour boiling water over the couscous until submerged. After covering for 5 minutes, the couscous is nice and dry and loose and ready for use.
