This light coconut milk from Amaizin contains only 9% fat and 100% flavor! The milk comes in a handy easy-opening packaging. Do not be alarmed when opening your can, at low temperatures coconut fat in the milk can harden. This is a natural process. Shaking, heating (au bain-marie) or stirring before use makes the milk smooth again. Always heat the coconut milk while stirring to prevent curdling.
