Niks Organic Pantry - Organic Cashew Salted Caramel

These Fairtrade cashews from GreenAge are roasted with Brazilian cane sugar and sprinkled with salt from the Mediterranean Sea. A wonderful contrast between sweet and salty! The sugar forms into a nice crunchy caramel layer. Nice to share, but also very nice to keep all to yourself!
