Spinach leaves fully grown just pulled from the earth. Un -washed , so juicy like spinach you've not seen pre washed & pre packed.
Indian Saag Paneer is an all time favourite for me . This spinach is prefect with big juicy leaves holding shape.
Lightly steamed with Fish or added to eggs for brunch,, I use it in everything, it adds great colour and nutritious elements.
Handy to cook down with lots of butter and freeze .
Bescuse this wild spinach is mature the stalks have loads of juice if juicing is your thing.
