My Tasty - My...Hummus

Blas na hEireann Gold Medal winner 2021. My...Hummus is based on Myriam’s grandads recipe, he came to Ireland from Lebanon in the 70’s. Made from blended chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and our chosen spices. Can be eaten as a starter on crackers, pita or flatbread or as a dip for fresh crunchy vegetables. Handmade in small batches in Tipperary Town.

Chickpeas, Cumin, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Paprika, Pepper, Olive Oil, Salt, Sriracha, Tahini (Sesame Seeds), Water
