Munster Microgreens - Lentil Shoots

Like most shoots, lentil Shoots can be eaten raw without any preparation if you fancy a quick nutritious crunchy snack. They can also be added to any salad or sandwiches as a tasty and healthy topping - they go particularly well with fresh greens, tomatoes and herbs. If you prefer to soften the crunch of the sprout you can blanch them for a minute which will soften both the taste and the texture!
