Juicy and tart, Middle Way Blackcurrant is our take on a classic and much loved soft drink flavour. We blend delicate water kefir and delicious blackcurrant juice with a hint of lemon and apple to create an all natural drink bursting with flavour.
Mixer Suggestions: Pair half a bottle of Middle Way Blackcurrant with 25ml of your favourite gin and top up glass with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lime.
