MGC - Sweetcorn On The Cob

The taste of this corn fresh from the field has to be experienced, especially during the short season we have them. Grown with minimal artificial inputs this juicy corn comes packaged by nature in layers of leaves. These are great boiled for a few minutes and eaten with melted butter directly. Also great with the kernels sliced off and stirred through salad / finishing a stir fry. Seen here still on the stalk, better photos are on the way!

Naturally sweet and also rich in fibre they're a good choice for little eaters. Best enjoyed within the day they will keep in the fridge for 5 days.
