Grown locally on a family farm these delicious, seasonal potatoes are harvested and packed within hours in paper bags. Delivering taste, Vitamin C and fibre (especially if you use the skins). So flexible - great hot with butter, warm or cool in salad, or crushed with rosemary/ parsley/ mint/ spring onion. Any boiled and over are great in a frittata or simply sauteed with sea salt, butter or olive oil / dressed with dill and natural yogurt.
