How to use: Just add a few teaspoons to a glass of still/sparkling water and enjoy. For on the go pop a few teaspoons into your bottle of water to drink throughout the day. Alternatively add a few teaspoons to some mustard plus olive oil in a small bowl give it a whisk and hey presto you have a deliciously healthy salad dressing

Things you should know about these Vinegar/Drinks
These vinegar/drinks are so versatile, dilute in water as a pick me up to remineralise your body after work or sport as this vinegar
is full of potassium needed to regenerate our energy levels.
Use in salad dressing as Vinegar speeds up our metabolic
rate hence helping us to digest better/faster. Plus as this is a homemade fermented vinegar/drink, it's active bacterial culture helps create a healthy gut.

You may notice the Vinegar becomes a bit cloudy or some sediment appears in the bottom of the bottle which is the live bacterial culture.
Vinegar reduces the speed at which glucose (sugar) enters the blood, thus lowering blood sugar levels. High blood sugar levels is what causes our body to store fat.
