Lemon-Drizzle slices are always a winner. Easy to prepare: Whisk the melted butter, eggs, milk and lemon zest up, add the dry ingredients and give it a good stir, pour into 20cm x 30cm x 4.5cm baking tray, bake for about 35 min. drizzle with lemon juice and finish it with the icing. Icing sugar, 2 fresh lemons and poppy seeds are included in the box. Enjoy!
