MAN OF ARAN FUDGE - Tiger Butter Fudge

This is the first flavour of fudge Tomás made. It is made with brown sugar.

Why did he name it Tiger Butter? Well names like ‘traditional’, ‘caramel’, ‘toffee’, ‘original’ just did not do justice to this formidably amazing flavour — courtesy of the green grass of Ireland, eaten by the cows, transformed into milk and then produced as butter by Kerrygold.

There is another theory that he had to catch the tigers on Inis Oirr before milking them …
