Serves 2-3 people.
1. Cook 300 of flat rice noodle as per instructions. Drain, set aside and cool down.
2. Fry off 400g protein* (chicken, beef, prawns/meat alternatives) in small pieces with 2 TBS of oil in medium heat. Scramble the eggs in (omit if Vegan)
2. Empty the content of the jar, add the noodles, turn to high heat, add vegetables and let simmer, stir occasionally until cooked through.
4. Season to taste, add chilli flakes for some extra kick.
5. Garnish with fresh corriander, sliced chilli, lime wedges and crushed peanuts.
