This is incredibly simple recipe SOURDOUGH DOUGH comes to us from the 3 GENERATIONS behind. The secret is to let the dough proof for at least 48 hours used the starter (YEAST FREE). The result is a crunchy, airy crust (it looks like a thick crust, but really it's just puffed up a lot); a subtle sourdough flavour; and well-developed gluten, which helps make the dough easier to digest, even for people with gluten sensitivity.
