Llewellyns Orchard - Pure Irish Apple Syrup

This is, very simply, pure fresh Irish apple juice, pressed from Dabinet apples, then concentrated down to a rich thick syrup. Nothing added, just the water evaporated away. It takes 15kg of apples to make a litre of this precious stuff, so one drop of it contains a hell of a lot of flavour.
Rich, thick, and sweet, but also nicely tangy and full of rich appley flavour. It is a delicious addition to porridge, pancakes, yoghurt, or even on vanilla icecream. Also, it goes amazingly well as a condiment with pork, bacon, sausages, or black pudding. Use your imagination, adding drops to marinades, salad dressings, and such!
