Our Balsamic Cider Vinegar is quite unique. Made entirely from apples, just as the Italians make theirs entirely from grapes, this is rich, sweet, and tangy, with a unique appley flavour. It is amazing in a salad dressing, but is very versatile in the kitchen, where it can be used to add a delicious lift to fried onions, roast vegetables, stirfries and various meats.
