Llewellyns Orchard - Irish Apple Cider Vinegar

Our Apple Cider Vinegar is renowned for its flavour. Made entirely from Irish apples, and naturally fermented from our own cider, it is unfiltered and unpasteurised, so that the natural "mother" bacteria are alive within the bottle. Raw cider vinegar with the mother has been revered for centuries all around the world, for its health-giving properties, and has many uses as a remedy for many different ailments and as a general health tonic.
However the wonderful flavour of our cider vinegar makes it a fantastic vinegar for use in salad dressings and indeed any other recipe which calls for vinegar.
