As all of our honey is 100% raw it eventually starts to crystallize. We whip our Knockmealdown Soft Set Honey to control the crystallization process. We do this because the rapeseed honey that our Knockmealdown Soft Set Honey comes from sets exceptionally hard. Whipping it creates a soft, smooth honey that’s always easy to spoon out of the jar and easy to spread.
