Our bees are native Irish dark bees and forage Horse chestnut, Dandelion, Willow, Sycamore, Mountain ash, Hawthorn, clover, Blackberry, Raspberry, Wild honey suckle, Heather, Ivy, willow herb, & Meadow sweet. The honey is unique in flavour we do not fine filter the honey so retaining all the local pollens & the honey is never heated maintaining all the natural enzymes found in raw honey
