Killucan Honey - Heather Honey

Heather honey from Hydepark Killucan, our bees forage an natural habitat bog. Not every year do we get a good crop of heather, you need a wet June and then good weather in mid August when the Ling heather flowers to yield the Nectar. It has an Unique taste and strong arouma and the heather honey comb has to be cut out and pressed to release the honey.
