Killucan Honey - Heather & Ivy Soft Set Honey

Our bees are native Irish dark bees and forage Heather & Ivy on a natural habitat in Killucan which we use to produce a soft set honey. The honey comb is cut out from the frames and pressed out to remove the honey from the comb . The soft set honey is unique in flavour we do not fine filter the honey so retaining all the local pollens & the honey is never heated maintaining all the natural enzymes found in raw honey. The Heather & Ivy softset has a creamy texture to easily spread on your toast, scones or porridge
