Kerry Kefir is a fermented, natural live probiotic. It is a refreshing, nutritious and tangy tasting milk based beverage. Kefir contains many strains of beneficial bacteria and yeast that help the function and health of our gut.

Our core product is a double fermented strawberry infused milk kefir. The first fermentation cycle is with the live kefir grains, which lasts for 24 hours. The second fermentation cycle is with strawberries, minus the grains, for a further 24 hours. This allows a much milder tasting kefir, with the added benefits of prebiotics from the strawberries!

The recommended serving is between 100-250mls per day. So for €1 a day you will be supporting your gut health with this powerful natural probiotic.

By using live kefir grains, we provide a powerfully beneficial home-made kefir as it was traditionally made. You will not find us using any lab manufactured cultures! As a result it takes longer to make, and we cannot mass produce our product, but it ensures you receive the most natural and freshest product possible.
