Izz Cafe - Palestinian Coffee

Palestinian coffee is one of the Turkish style coffee types. It's a blend of dark and medium roasts with a hint of cardamom, ground very finely. Brewing method is so easy. We add a heaped spoon per 100ml of water, boil it in a coffee pot and serve in espresso cups.
Palestinian coffee is served without milk, and usually goes well with a piece of date or delight as a natural sweetener.
