Izz Cafe - Baba Ghannoush

Baba ghannoush, or in Palestinian accent "baba ghannouj", is a dish of mashed grilled aubergine, mixed with tahini, finely diced vegetables and seasoned with olive oil, parsley and pomegranate seeds.
Comes with a fresh loaf of bread, pickles, olives and chilli sauce.
