Island to Island - Quick Quick Sauce

Let's say you are in a hurry and you want to make a tasty dish quickly... this is the answer! . A Sauce with a hint of chilli and the unique texture of toasted almonds.
Use it in a classic manner to make a rich pasta, or just add it directly onto your favourite dish e.g. baked potato, bruschetta, rice and more, making a Master Chef Dish!

- One Jar serves 300/350 Gr. of pasta, for 2/4 people -

First, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, then warm the sauce in a frying pan. Drain the pasta "al dente" ( still slightly hard) and add a little amount of the cooking water to the sauce. Turn up to full heat and add the pasta to the sauce in the frying pan. Let the pasta sit for 1 minute and then stir it gently for 30 seconds and... Buon Appetito !
