Let's go to a Sicilian "Mama" and have a meal with her. She will surely make a pasta for you with the richest tomato sauce possible, but it will never be predictable... she will certainly cook one "only for you". This sauce is her best sauce! She has pulled out all the stops just for us, treating us to the best Sicilian sausage, porcini, olives and pancetta!
The recipe is original and super yummy.
Use it in a classic manner to make a rich pasta, or just add it directly onto your favourite dish e.g. baked potato, bruschetta, rice and more, making a Master Chef Dish!
- One Jar serves 300/350 Gr. of pasta, for 2/4 people -
First, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, then warm the sauce in a frying pan. Drain the pasta "al dente" ( still slightly hard) and add a little amount of the cooking water to the sauce. Turn up to full heat and add the pasta to the sauce in the frying pan. Let the pasta sit for 1 minute and then stir it gently for 30 seconds and... Buon Appetito !
