Handmade to order fresh pigs blood puddings are made using a family recipe handed down from mother to daughter. We use Irish pork and Irish oats. Why not try it crumbled on pizza or on a salad or with some delicious goats cheese baked and served with some onion marmalade. We love it with some stewed apple on brown bread or with a poached egg. Yum!
