This gorgeous vegan broth is a vibrant crimson colour, packed full of vitamins and minerals from a wide range of plant-based goodness. Our customers say it is like a plant-based Bovril without the nasties! We think it also makes an excellent base for miso, soups, sauces or rice dishes.

We use local seaweeds and wild mushrooms in combination with vegetables and herbs in this delicious broth. Our broth is mostly organic, using local farmers as much as possible. It delivers a unique combination of sweet and umami flavour and is delicious enough to sip all on its own!
