Highland Boundary Ltd - Birch And Elderflower Wild Scottish Liqueur (500Ml/50Cl 20% Abv)

Our Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Liqueur leads with the beautiful floral tones of the Elderflower with the deep, warm birch coming through the finish. We use birch buds and elderflowers sustainably hand-picked from woodlands near our distillery. We copper distil the birch buds to produce a fresh, smooth spirit and elderflower is added as a post-distillation infusion to create this super-smooth liqueur. The liqueur is lovely straight over ice, can be lengthened with a soda water or lemonade, is glorious when added to champagne or prosecco and is a perfect ingredient for other cocktails.
