Our Free range, rare breed, whey fed pork is prized for its tenderness and creamy flavour. We are delighted to turn a waste product from our local cheese makers -Strathearn Cheese, into a premium meat product without the use of antibiotics, hormones or pesticides. Our pigs enjoy an outdoor life from start to finish. They feel the sun on their backs, graze a variety of botanicals and root and roll to their hearts content. That is why they don't taste like anything you might buy from a supermarket shelf.
