Hederman - Smoked Tomato Tapenade

A light textured, intensely flavoured 'tapenade' of smoked Italian sundried tomatoes, this can be eaten on toasted bread, as a condiment to roast veg and meats, on pasta (loosened with a little olive oil) as a base for a marinade etc. It caramelises when you fry it, and is delicious with say, black pudding or sausages.
