Hederman Smoked Chilli Flakes are a delicious spice for use in both savoury and sweet cookery.
We use them all the time at home, sprinkled on a fried egg for breakfast, in an arrabiata sauce for pasta, in soups and stews… Colm O’Gorman recently made a delicious orange and almond cake with smoked chillies for our recipe pages, and he’s also tried them in brownies.
